Guests have access to the hosts' seven-acre landscaped garden in an area of outstanding natural beauty. In the summer months [MAY-mid SEPTEMBER] guests will have shared use of the outdoor pool with the owners.

Our Mirror Houses are located in a remote area of a family-run farm near the Oxfordshire village of Kirtlington. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

Farmhouse: 6 acres + games rooms, modern amenities

Set in 6 acres of garden and water-meadow, Fulwell House offers a blend of the modern and the traditional. A new kitchen/dining area at the heart of the house, together with new bathrooms, complement an old farmhouse in a historic property mentioned in the Domesday Book. You can play table-tennis and darts in the games rooms.
