Charming 300 sq ft guesthouse is newly constructed and beautifully designed with a cozy and casual style. Set in a well manicured yard with a private entrance. It is freestanding and shares a wall to a second Airbnb listing. Central to all things to do in LA and a short drive to DTLA, LAX, Universal Studios, Disneyland and beaches. I kept the color palate neutral, casual yet chic to really maximize the space. It is amazingly peaceful, comforting and just lovely. The perfect home away from home!

Natural light from a skylight brightens the space, featuring a comfortable mattress, blackout curtains, a workspace, air purifiers, and an uncluttered layout. A sofa bed accommodates 2 more guests, and the private patio is perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

Adorable studio close to Los Angeles/Long beach. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, enjoy your stay in LA with a comfortable queen bed and pullout sofa. Tv with WiFi, kitchenette and AC. The space is located on our main property but is private to you, you may see us or our animals so feel free to say hi, just don’t get too close to the ducks! The studio is located in front of our main house where my family and I live, we provide a charging station for electric vehicles.
