New, Modern, Stylish guesthouse

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This recently built guesthouse (2026!) is a one bedroom, one bathroom 550sqft detached house. The bed is queen sized with a new memory foam mattress. There is a 3" tri fold memory foam mattress suitable for a child. There is a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway. Parking available in the driveway. Host lives in the front house, but you will have complete privacy in this back house.

The Barn

Adorable studio close to Los Angeles/Long beach. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, enjoy your stay in LA with a comfortable queen bed and pullout sofa. Tv with WiFi, kitchenette and AC. The space is located on our main property but is private to you, you may see us or our animals so feel free to say hi, just don’t get too close to the ducks! The studio is located in front of our main house where my family and I live, we provide a charging station for electric vehicles.
