Walking distance to Kollen Park and the Holland Farmers Market. Lake Michigan beaches are a short drive. PET FRIENDLY with a fenced yard!

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Very charming 2 bedroom, updated cottage, perched on a wooded hillside. Private deck and patio with seasonal views of Lake Kalamazoo. Minutes away from Oval and Douglas beaches and Saugatuck Dunes State Park by bike or car. This cottage is very clean and well maintained. Pre-approval needed for all pets through inquiry, $100 fee, see pet rules.

Cozy Suite 10 min to Grand Rapids, 1 mi to Tanger

The Suite is a cozy place to rest from your travels or stay while you visit family/friends. Away from the bustle of downtown, yet only a 10 minute drive to all the venues in the Grand Rapids downtown area. It’s a small but well stocked suite, separate space in the front of our home. Tanger Outlet is 1 mile away for convenient shopping. There are a number of restaurants close to choose from. Continental breakfast provided ( plant based) hot/cold cereal, bread, fruit, coffee bar.
