Our comfortable coach house is spotlessly clean light & fresh. WiFi & Netflix Location close to Airbus, Rolls Royce, GKN, MOD,UWE,SGS College, & Royal Mail. Close to local takeaways & shops. Bristol City Centre easily accessible by car, bus & rail links (Parkway) We have 1 dedicated parking space. If you have a high vehicle over 7ft, it will not go under the drive through (see photo). Living area is upstairs, (we have handrail) which may be unsuitable for guests with mobility difficulties

These newly refurbished studio apartments, situated in a prime location near M4, M5 and Cribbs Causeway, are a perfect stay for business or pleasure. The studios are self contained with all the necessary amenities you might need for a comfortable stay. The stylish Studio is newly decorated in a modern and tasteful manner with some Bristol inspired artwork. The studio comes with fresh linen and towels and there is also access to communal laundry facilities. Guests have private access.

Please note we have 2 dogs at the prooerty. Self-contained studio apartment set in rural location but within easy distance of Aztec West, The Wave, and The Wild Place. Large bedroom, ensuite shower room and small lounge area with kitchenette and sofa bed or single put up bed. The Wave is approx. 1 km walk. The nearest bus stop is 1 mile away in the village so guests who are hoping to sight see will either need to be able to take on the walk to the village or have access to a car.

The Barn Annexe

A very light and airy lovely space - a new Simba standard double mattress which I believe is really comfortable. This is a peaceful location but very near to the Mall, the Wave and the Zoo and only 6 miles from town - a perfect nights sleep on a SIMBA mattress and supplied with large fluffy white towels and everything you need for a night away from home . We also have a new TV with iplayer and Netflix’s, new washing machine and a decent non stick frying pan.
