Located in the High Weald area of Kent which is an AONB, The Cabin at Valley View Farm is set in its own space amongst 16 acres of wood and grazing. It used to be an old hop pickers mobile home but has been lovingly restored to a modern, well presented “mini” haven. A fully self-contained cabin with open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, UK king size bed in bedroom and a shower room and toilet. Ideal for a couple or two singles as a Z-bed can be provided. Barons Granary, The Bull Pen, Iden nr Rye

Set on a working farm in Iden near Rye , The Bull Pen has been beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished, creating a relaxed and well- appointed accommodation for two guests. The Bull Pen offers an open-plan living space with well- equipped kitchen , dining space, comfortable sofa and flat screen TV. The French doors open onto a small private garden with a dining space.The bedroom has got a comfy king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a beautiful roll -top bath.

Cowbeach Cottage is Grade II listed and has been lovingly restored to a high standard. It features a wealth of old oak beams and an inglenook fireplace with a cosy wood burning stove. It is tastefully decorated throughout to provide a relaxing space. The bespoke oak staircase leads to a beautiful vaulted bedroom with views across the Kent countryside. The cottage benefits from a private south facing garden and patio. It is ideally situated to explore the many National Trust properties close by.

Soak in a free-standing bath or big shower and stretch out on an enormous sofa and admire the view up the valley - You won't want to leave! If you do the Little House is well placed for pubs, beaches, vineyards, gardens, Rye and Hastings and many other treats only a walk or short drive away.

The Studio is a self contained, detached loft above the owners large storeroom. You have your own front door to come and go as you please. The Studio is set in ancient woodland, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is a haven for a wide variety of wildlife, including badgers, deer, foxes and birds.....even wild boar! The Studio is the ideal bolt hole to come and explore Rye and the surrounding area with walks, cycles, great pubs, cafes and of course the beautiful beaches.

Gordon's View Shepherd's Hut

Nestled in the High Weald AONB, between the two historic towns of Tenterden and Rye is our shepherd's hut "Gordon's View". Located on a quiet working farm our hut has beautiful uninterrupted countryside views and is situated in it's own field with peaceful surroundings that make it feel very private. The large patio doors opening onto the outside seating area, the wood burner and the underfloor heating all make for a comfortable stay at any time of the year!

Hop Pickers Retreat is found in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) on the Kent and East Sussex border. Located on an farm you are surrounded by wildlife, birdsong, mooing cows, stunning views and in the summertime the sound of a combine, combining the crops in the surrounding fields. It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

The Stable Cottage on beautiful farm

The Stable Cottage is a delightful one bedroom cottage overlooking The Brede Valley to Winchelsea and the sea. Set on a working arable and sheep farm. Adjacent to the Woolroom Cottage and a term time only Nursery. Guests can enjoy lots of walks on the farm, plentiful bird life, including barn owls. The property is close to the historic town of Rye, Camber sands beach, Winchelsea beach, Battle Abbey and Bodiam Castle.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
