Fully equipped kitchen, queen size bed, sleep sofa detailed woodwork throughout, high ceiling, granite bar, bathroom with walk in shower, expansive covered porch with fans and spectacular riverfront views! A relaxing retreat or romantic getaway. Boat ramp next door.Bring boat, kayak, SUP, for exploring the River...Beach & Downtown 15-20min. No river access from property.

The Coastal Country Cottage is nestled in the serene countryside yet is within 5 minutes of everything you may need. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space located within minutes of 4 local beaches. We’re sure you will enjoy the large private patio that features a fire pit, grill, dining area & lounge. Enjoy the convenience of rinsing off in our outdoor shower after a fun day at the beach. The bedroom highlights a king-sized bed and the kitchen is well stocked.

This is a recently renovated rustic 1947 cottage with an outstanding view of and access to the Intracoastal Waterway. It is perfect for meditation or quiet time by the water's edge, or for fishing, art, reading, writing, kayaking or paddleboarding. It is close to Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Topsail Island and Hampstead where there is shopping, restaurants, outdoor and cultural activities and beautiful beaches. It's old, but it is full of charm!

Good Karma beach-house is a second-row, pet-free, house in beautiful Topsail Beach. Good Karma has 2 bedrooms upstairs a full bath with a Jacuzzi tub and a large Open Kitchen/living room area. The upstairs also opens to a front porch with Ocean Views. In addition, there is a NEW ENLARGED back deck for sunbathing. The lower level has a separate entrance with an oversized 1 bedroom and a full bath. Many Upgrades for 2024
