Enjoy the quiet whispers of horses neighing, sounds of nature, looking out your windows to see horses just outside your camper when you stay in this unique space. Situated on our historic 19 acre horse farm, just beside the main historic barn built in 1809. You have all the joys of camping, alongside horses & their paddocks. Enjoy our Horseback riding experience through beautiful wooded trails (added fee), relax at your outside table watching our horses, or relax in your camper & catch a movie.

Blessed Memories

Relax by the waterfront in our beautiful unique school bus where you are surrounded by nature.Make memories by the firepit making smores,sipping on a beverage, relaxing in the infrared sauna or just doing some catch and release fishing. For a little extra fun we have a game zone area, enjoyed by all ages, arcades, board games & small craft area, visit the donkeys, goats below the bus area.Your experience will be uniquely yours for a romantic getaway, family fun times, or to just treat yourself.

Converted Bus overlooking Amish Farmland

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. This is a glamping experience. Please don’t book with the expectation of a hotel stay.

Lakefront Escape

Peace and fun all in one! Relax in a rocker and watch the sun rise while enjoying a morning tea or coffee! Partake in some family fun with fishing, paddle boarding, yard games, boating and swimming. Or venture out to explore the Endless Mountains, go for a hike and see some of the local sites! Relax next to a cozy fire in the evenings while enjoying the calmness of the lake. The Family "Ponderosa"

Come experience luxury camping at it's finest in rural Pennsylvania. A 38' luxury travel trailer set near Little Roaring Creek is as peaceful as it gets. The camper has all the accommodations of home with a spacious sized living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Outdoors guest have access to their own fire pit, picnic table & both gas/charcoal grills which is all in close proximity to the creek. Our guest can be sure to experience an amazing time at our Family "Ponderosa".

Located in a privately owned campground this cozy little camper is outfitted with everything you will need for your stay. Linens &Towels are provided along with a fully appointed Kitchen. Propane Grill & Firewood. We are 20 mins from Ricketts Glen State Park. We also offer EV charging (level 2)
