Situated on our historic 19 acre horse farm, just beside the main historic barn built in 1809. You have all the joys of camping, alongside horses & their paddocks. Enjoy our Horseback riding experience through beautiful wooded trails (added fee), relax at your outside table watching our horses, or relax in your camper & catch a movie.

Enjoy a relaxing water front setting in our beautiful unique school bus where you are surrounded by nature.Make lasting memories by the firepit area making smores,sipping on a beverage or you can do some catch and release fishing. For a little extra fun check out our game zone area, enjoyed by all ages, arcades, board games & small craft area. Or visit the donkeys & goats nelow bus area.Your experience will be uniquely yours for a romantic getaway, family fun times, or to just treat yourself.

Converted Bus overlooking Amish Farmland

This converted bus parked on our property provides a unique way to experience Lancaster County. Located in Amish country & about 10 minutes from great shopping, guests can wake up to peace, quiet and a countryside view. With a full-size bed as well as couches that easily convert into a King-sized bed, the bus is a great getaway for couples, friends, and families! FYI: read full listing for information. The Family "Ponderosa"

Come experience luxury camping at it's finest in rural Pennsylvania. A 38' luxury travel trailer set near Little Roaring Creek is as peaceful as it gets. The camper has all the accommodations of home with a spacious sized living area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Outdoors guest have access to their own fire pit, picnic table & both gas/charcoal grills which is all in close proximity to the creek. Our guest can be sure to experience an amazing time at our Family "Ponderosa".

Hey there! We would like to welcome you to our tiny piece of paradise, nestled in the beautiful, quaint village of Kettle Creek, Pennsylvania. This is a tiny 15 foot 1972 camper, 50 years of vintage that gives you a feeling of stepping back in time & taking a walk down memory lane. Wonderfully placed on a 4 acre lot, nestled in the shade under a crowd of beautiful pine trees. Walk-in access to Kettle Creek, known for it's excellent fishing.
