Het appartement heeft een 2 persoons-slaapkamer met aangrenzende badkamer en een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken met uitgang naar de mooie tuin. De slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden 90 breed. Aan de straat kant is een eigen ingang.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.

The Central Distict has a lot to offer. Nice restaurants and shops, musea and galleries. A perfect stay to explore the city of Rotterdam or Amsterdam by train! If you want to visit IFFR Filmfestival, Art Rotterdam or other festivals events, this is a central place to stay!

Parkeren is inbegrepen. Geniet van rust en ruimte op deze bijzondere groene plek op het water, aan de rand van het centrum. Van alle gemakken voorzien: airco, gratis wifi. The studio is complete private and has its own entrance. It’s a perfect place to explore Rotterdam and Schiedam. I’m well informed about practical issues and the best places to visit in de (surrounding) cities and as a great host I’m pleased to tell you about it.
