Delightful chalet overlooking Strathtay

We look forward to sharing our lovely chalet with you. If the weather is fine you will wake up to fabulous views across the valley. There are several good walks right from the chalet, and once down the track the possibilities for walks or spectacular places to visit are endless. The dirt track is about 2 miles (3kms) long, and all uphill. All types of family car can make the drive with care. Not suitable for motorbikes or EV's. Due to the chalet being timber construction BBQ's are not allowed.

There is a small Lochan inside the Estate , a variety of wild life is seen including Herons and Swans. Perth is 9 miles away and it is 6 miles to Auchterarder and GleneaglesThis an ideal base to tour the Perth and Kinross area, Stirling is 22 miles away and Edinburgh and Glasgow within easy reach.

The Wee Treat. Self contained studio in Killin

My name is Franny Morrison and I look forward to welcoming you to The Wee Treat. Set in the heart of Killin it is a short walk to the Falls of Dochart. The newly built studio offers beautiful self contained accomodation. It is situated at the top of our large, garden and is seperate to our house. The bifold doors offer easy access to the patio and the picturesque scenery. There is free off street parking and our Hot tub is available by arrangement at an additional maintenance charge.

Whether you are here to explore this popular tourist town, or a spot of golf, fishing, hiking and any other activity, there are many facilities available in town, and there is something for everyone.

Horton Cottage is a delightful spot, a stones throw away from the stunning Rumbling Bridge gorge walk. 15 minute drive to the famous Gleneagles Golf & Country club and under 10 minutes to Knockhill Racing circuit. Flexible main bedroom sleeping with super king size bed which converts to 2 full singles. 2nd bedroom is a double. Beautiful clean towels and bedlinen, with complimentary use of luxury Scottish toiletries, breakfast welcome pack and Nespresso coffee machine for guest use.

1 bedroom guest house with wood fired hot tub

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores! There is a kitchenette with breakfast provisions for your stay. A wood fired hot tub and private gated garden with stunning rural views is for your sole use. License no ST000931F

Whinstone Holiday Home in Falkland - Sleeps 8

This beautiful 4-bedroom house in Falkland is ideally located for those who want to experience the stunning Scottish countryside and the historic villages where much of the Outlander series has been filmed. With plenty of space, a kids' playroom, and a spacious kitchen, it's the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. This property is not suitable for disabled guests due to internal stairs.

Kaimes Cottage, secluded quiet entire guest studio

Our large detached studio contains two single beds with an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower and a basic kitchen corner. Kaimes Cottage is situated between Braco and Muthill on the A822 and Gleneagles is only 10 minutes away. 15 minutes to Dunblane and Crieff, 25 minutes to Doune Castle, where "Outlander" was filmed.
