The very central apartment, has two balconies that face the square of S. Maria degli Angeli. The building, completely restruttured , originated in the early 900. The atmosphere ,is warm and welcoming , with attention to the minimal details and with items of antiquity and unique hand made furniture. The recurring elements are Lanterns with scented candles that give a sense of peace. An other strong point of design, is the white staircase that connects thebedrooms, which gives a touch of modernity and contrasts with the wall , in Assisi's typical pink stone ,which take us back to the middle ages ! The spacious , newly fitted kitchen , has all the modern appliances and utensils On the second floor, there is an other balcony with a view of the basilica . The spacious bedroom has a matrimonial bed with an open plan relax studio end a Large bathroom with shower.

Luminoso, delizioso e accogliente appartamento situato proprio nel cuore del centro storico di Cortona con un panorama indimenticabile: il palazzo comunale da una parte ed il lago Trasimeno e la Valdichiana dall'altra. Beautiful, bright and graceful, it is located on the 10th floor of a building in the residential of Madonna Alta. Equipped with a double bedroom and a kitchen with a sofa bed, it allows the accommodation of individuals or small groups of up to 4 people. The bathroom is clean and comfortable as well as equipped with a washing machine. You can walk there from the station which is about 7 min. away on foot. It is also just a few meters from the metro that will take you comfortably to the center

stunning top floor flat within city center's heart

Really nice top floor studio-flat behind the Town Hall and the Fontana Maggiore the main city center' square. The flat is in the most sacred old town'street, on the 4th floor of a medioeval building with no lift. It has an independent kitchen, mosaic bathroom and a nice terrace with a gorgeous view to eat and get tanned! The flat has just been renovated with wodden floor, new beds and fully equipped kitchen, wi-fi and TV. Towels and bed linen are included! Have a nice staying!

L’ appartamento e’ prossimo al centro città , a 50 metri dalla stazione Minimetro capolinea 'Pincetto'. E’ nella zona sedi universitarie e del tribunale. E’ luminoso, silenzioso, in condominio signorile; e' composto da 4 vani e due bagni. Due bellissimi terrazzi si affacciano nella valle di Assisi. E’ esterno alla zona a traffico limitato. E pertanto e’ possibile scaricare i bagagli davanti all’ingresso con l’auto . Con Parcheggio libero o a pagamento frontestrada.

CASA RIMIDIA Flat Giovanna was completely renovated in 2016. 90 sqm apartment with balcony on the 2nd and last floor in a small building with few residents. There is no Elevator. Quiet, comfortable and finely furnished. Convenient free parking. It is located in Perugia in the residential district of Prepo, above the commercial area of via Settevalli, 6 km from the center, 3 km from the railway station and near the S. Maria della Misericordia hospital.

The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Appartamento luminoso e silenzioso, situato in posizione centrale e comoda da raggiungere, alle porte del centro storico e della zona ZTL, consente di raggiungere a piedi in 10 min Corso Vannucci (via principale e centro di Perugia), in 5 min la scala mobile che attraversa la suggestiva Rocca Paolina, come anche l'arena Santa Giuliana, main stage di Umbria Jazz, e una fermata del Minimetrò che collega la stazione ferroviaria.
