Welcome to Quercus Residence, a spacious 58-square-meter one-bedroom apartment in the serene village of Tudorovići, offering stunning views of Sveti Stefan and the Budva Riviera. Enjoy the panoramic Adriatic Sea views from your private terrace, making this apartment an ideal escape for couples or small families. We have 4 apartments of the same kind in our villa. The bedroom features a king-size bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. The apartment has a small coffee kitchenette and offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. Guests can also enjoy the shared, unheated infinity swimming pool with panoramic sea views, available from April until October.

The villa is located on a plot of 588m2, paved with rustic stone, with a separate access to garages for 5 vehicles. Guests have at their disposal a 3 living rooms with a kitchens and a dining room with exit to the 2nd terrace, 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a 32m2 swimming pool.

The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms: one with king-size bed, and the other with two single beds and a corner sofa-bed with a balcony. There is a living room with a couch-bed, an arm chair and a flat screen TV. It has its own bathroom with cosmetic accessory and a hairdryer. Free high- speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
