The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. Snape Maltings, Minsmere RSPB, Aldeburgh, Southwold, Sutton Hoo Saxon burial site and thousands of acres of wild heathland and pine woodland walks are all on the doorstep. EV Charger

The Cartlodge, Debenham

The Cartlodge is a beautifully converted double garage with a room above. It's a cosy, high standard conversion, ideal for a couple. Downstairs has an entrance lobby with stairs to the upper floor, a bedroom & spacious ensuite, shower room. Upstairs, is a kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & washing machine. There's also a comfy sofa and table & chairs for mealtimes or work. Also a TV, Blu-Ray player & designated WiFi for your entertainment. Electric car charging point is next to a car space.

The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

Potter's Farm: The Piggery.

The Piggery is perfect for working away from home, an overnight escape or a weekend away. Situated in a private spot amidst gorgeous Suffolk farmland with easy access to miles of footpaths, bridleways, byways and quiet country lanes to walk or cycle along there is free parking right outside. It is also a great 'Home from Home' for workers providing a clean, bright, ambient space, super comfortable bed, large table/workspace, great shower and an adequate kitchen, to ease the end of a busy day.

The Tack Room @ Green Farm Lodge

Come disconnect from the busy world and soak up the rural views, the surrounding nature, by walking or cycling. On a clear night you can see the stars in the sky. The accommodation boasts a king size bed in the bedroom, a king size sofa bed in the lounge, walk-in shower, dining area, and fitted kitchen with air fryer, washing machine and dishwasher. Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Situated a few miles outside of the town of Ipswich in the rural village of Coddenham it's the ideal venue for a well earned holiday/break.
