Village amenities are accessed via a private gateway onto a public footpath.

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Situated on a quiet private road, bordered by woodland, and brilliantly placed for Petworth, Midhurst, Goodwood, walking on the South Downs, and the delights of Chichester and the South Coast. Compact and cosy, Hazelnut Corner offers one double bedroom, one single room, modern shower room, and an open plan kitchen, dining and living space. Outside is a small private patio area

The Cottage at Grittenham Farm is a beautifully restored 17th Century milking parlour. It contains a lovely open-plan living room and kitchenette area, a stylish double bedroom and a luxury bathroom. Gorgeous gardens to relax in. Situated at the foot of the South Downs, perfect for lovely walks. The River Rother is 10 minutes on foot and offers magical wild swimming. Close by are picturesque towns of Petworth, Midhurst & Arundel, while the beaches of the South Coast are a 30 minute drive.

With many local vineyards to visit Sussex is the largest producer of many award winning English Wines. Located in an International Dark Skies Reserve, one of only 21 in the world. Welcome/breakfast pack provided (includes bread, butter, jam, cookies, cereal, milk) plus tea and coffee.

Located at the Black Horse Inn, Byworth, a beautiful room ideal for a couple or business person during their stay in West Sussex. The accommodation contains a double bed, bathroom with shower, free WiFi, TV and continental, in the room, breakfast. Wake up to stunning views from the accommodation overlooking the rolling hills of the Shimmings Valley! Although our bar and garden areas are dog friendly unfortunately we do not permit pets in the accommodation.

Enjoy walking or mountain-biking on the South Downs Way (local bike hire available), explore the beautiful National Trust gardens at Woolbeding, Polo at Cowdray Park or the fantastic sandy beach at West Wittering. Goodwood is a short drive away.
