Only 10 minutes drive from Picton where the train, bus or ferry connects you to the gateway of the South Island or North Island. Soak in the spa pool, relax on a deck with a glass of wine, use the kayaks or paddleboard or put out a fishing rod just metres from your suite. Only a 4 minute walk to the Marina and a 10 minute walk into the centre of Picton where you will find a great selection of restaurants, activities and shops. Our apartment has everything you need for a perfect Marlborough Sounds getaway! If you are travelling with a boat, there is plenty of room for parking a vehicle, boat & trailer in the cul-de-sac at the end of our driveway.

Our modest Little hoilday bach is a great place to relax or use as a base while exploring picton and malbrough sounds Scenic Paradise ... 10 +? minute walk to the picton marina via the Victoria track. 15- 20 +? minute walk to café, shops, supermarket, and ferry. via-Victoria track (not the road) our view is ever changing. The council has just removed the large trees and planted native bush.
