Bring the family for a perfect beach getaway in Orihuela Costa. The apartment features a spacious South-West-facing terrace with pool views, ideal for soaking up the sun throughout the afternoon and evening. Inside, you will find a bright and welcoming living area with high-quality furnishings and a very large smart TV offering English, German, French and Spanish channels. The modern open-plan kitchen provides generous worktop space and is fully equipped for effortless cooking during your stay. Equipped with a lot of detail, the apartment has duct air conditioning, heating on the floor of the bathrooms, WiFi internet access, a Tassimo coffee machine and all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. For families with young children, there is a baby bed and high chair, included in the price. Both bedrooms offer excellent comfort, and with two full bathrooms, the apartment is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. For added convenience, the room includes a private underground parking spot with lift access directly to the apartment floor. The apartment is located on the first floor in Building Block 14.2, accessible by elevator or stairs. Apartment orientation: South-West Please bring your beach towels. We provide bed linen and bath towels. Palmera Blue Holidays can also provide beach towels for a small fee. For your convenience, there are kitchen and cleaning essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, garbage bags, sponges, paper towels, washing up liquid, detergent). • Guests are provided with 4 wristbands upon check-in. • All 4 wristbands must be left on the dining table upon departure. • A fee of €20 per missing or lost wristband will be charged to the responsible guest.
