This quaint and cozy remodeled one bedroom apartment has all the amenities you to need chill out at the beach. A perfect weekend getaway where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the peaceful back patio, relax then take a short 7 minute walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. There's an outdoor shower, parking for 2 cars, washer/dryer, and a sleep number mattress to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. Walk to shops, restaurants, night life, and everywhere you want to be! Private space with own entrance—no shared areas. Double soundproof walls; please be noise conscious. Canary Cottage is located 1 mile from Southport, 2 minutes from the ferry's at Deep Point Marina & 20 minutes to the Oak Island beaches! While in Southport, enjoy the shops, the majestic Live Oaks, dine at fabulous cafes & restaurants with water views, take a carriage ride, watch the boats go by, go on a ghost walk or tour a museum. Southport has something for eveyone!

The Tree House Apartment

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.

We welcome up to 2 dogs, just include them in your booking and make sure they’re respectful of the space.

Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
