The home is located in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood and features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, private pool, elevator, fully stocked kitchen and 2,400 sqft with amazing ocean views from the master suite. A 4 person golf cart, permitted for free town parking, is available to rent. It's centrally located on the Island close to downtown CB and the Fort Fisher aquarium. Must be 25+ yrs old to book.

Surf4life Oceanfront Beach Cottage

One of the last few Direct Oceanfront beach cottages left in CB. Great for small families. Sit on the front porch and watch waves or a beautiful sun rise. This home was owned by the same family for 50 years! While the cottage is small, it offers an excellent beach retreat that is reminiscent of simpler times. Excellent beach and surf break in front of home which is only 100 yards from the Tiki bar! There is also a private beach directly in front of the house. A beach experience like no other!

Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
