Villa Skadar Lake

Located in the village of Karuc, our Villa offers barbecue preparation and a home-made kitchen where you can order traditional specialties. Parking is on site and free of charge. The villa has a terrace overlooking the lake where you can enjoy sunbathing and a beautiful view. Villa also has a mini bar with homemade wines. In our offer there is a boat cruising on the lake. You can enjoy in the surroundings in various activities such as diving, swimming, sunbathing, canoeing or kayaking.

Villa Sofia was built in an ambient, rustic style; "Paštrovski style", located 2.5 km from Petrovac in a quiet part of Kruševica, 1250 m as the crow flies to the sea, at an altitude of 300 m. The ruined fort on the hill above the house is great to explore and has some seriously sweeping views from the top. The house is decorated with old Montenegrin inventory and is very pleasant to stay in, with simple and rustic charm. In front of the house is a large terrace available to guests.
