Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

When we say beachfront, we mean right-on-the-dunes, waves-lulling-you-to-sleep, next-stop-sand, absolute beachfront. Check the surf from your own deck, then step out the gate and have your feet in the sand seconds later with a direct path onto the beach. When it's time to relax, there's a pool and plenty of comfy places to kick back with a drink. And of course, a fully equipped kitchen and living areas, fun beach vibes and plenty of room for everyone, all just 5 min to Coolum.

Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.

Beach Pad Yaroomba - Only 5 minutes to the beach!

Make yourself at home in our coastal beachpad! A self contained unit downstairs from the main residence and completely separate with total privacy. We hope to provide a calm and relaxed space for your getaway to the Sunshine Coast. Beachpad Yaroomba is very close to the beach and an easy drive to iconic Noosa to the north or Mooloolaba to the south.
