The home is 300 yards from the Elizabeth Carter Private Beach-6 badges included - small children do not need a badge. PPB has a great boardwalk restaurants, amusement rides for the young and older, bars, brewery and entertainment a 20 min walk from the house, so you are near the action but not in it.
