Shop and pub in the village, and although the hut is set on a working farm, there’s plenty of peace and quiet and privacy at our cozy hut.

The garden is fenced and completely private. It has a patio area with a table and seating with a BBQ/fire pit. The area is renowned for its peace and tranquility offering a quiet, relaxing break with all the mod cons. Beaches within 40 mins and local shop 15mins away. Main shopping centre 30mins away.

Quiet & Peaceful with Valley Views

Welcome to Ty Melyn (Yellow House), a stone cottage built in the 1850s, set on a single end road in the Rheidol Valley, in its own grounds that form part of a Nature Reserve, Coed Simdde Lwyd. You will stay in a self catered annex attached to the main house. With its own private entrance it is a self-contained unit with a bedroom, living room, walk in wet room and a kitchen. Every room benefits from central heating and the living room contains a wood burning stove for those cosy evenings.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings at this peaceful pod in the Welsh Hills, just over a mile outside Devils Bridge, which is famous for its waterfalls. The Pod is on a quiet country lane with lots of wonderful walks straight out the door. The Pod is cosy and the perfect spot to enjoy the quiet countryside and beautiful dark skies, whilst also having plenty of interesting things to do and see in the local area.
