Exquisitely presented rural property which can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The lodge is completely self contained and offers a home away from home luxurious stay for our guests. Guests are met with a welcome basket containing your everyday essentials so you can begin your break as soon as you arrive. Our luxury shepherds hut is situated in our 4 acre meadow shared with our herd of sheep in the beautiful North Dorset countryside. The village of Fontmell Magna is in a conservation area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a dark skies reserve. The Hut faces over the lake with glorious, uninterrupted views over the Fontmell Downs. The Hut is but offers a luxurious glamping opportunity with all the mod cons. Suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children is suitable all year round.

Oak Lodge with wood-fired hot tub, perfect for 2!

Set in beautiful surroundings, Oak Lodge is a mini log cabin built for 2! Step straight off the decking into your hot tub, enjoy the natural surroundings, visit one of the many local attractions or cosy-up by the fire! Oak Lodge comes complete with bedding, towels, fully-equipped kitchen, log burner, tv and its own wood-fired hot tub! Check-in days are Fridays and Mondays, minimum 3-night stay (please note, this may change over the Christmas period). This is an adult-only, pet-free site.

A beautiful two bed house with garden and off street parking in an excellent location in Poole Dorset. The property features a new luxury bathroom installed in June 2021. There is an additional double sofa bed in the second living room. The property is moments from popular Ashley Cross with its bustling bars and restaurants and only a five minute drive to the award winning beaches of Sandbanks and Branksome Chine. Guests also have the open spaces of Poole Park only 5 minutes walk away.

Located on first floor and provides 2 bedrooms, lounge / diner, shower bathroom, chill / hide out room, spacious 130sq. ft balcony (rare!) with amazing views / sunsets over Poole Harbour, Brownsea Island and in the distance the Poole Quay area. Looking at our photo's is a real must!!! Relax on the balcony and just watch some amazing views, there is always something interesting to see!!!

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

Oak Lodge - Headlands farm

Oak Lodge is our largest Lakeside Lodge perfect for families of 4, couples wanting that extra bit of space or mixed groups. The outside decking (child friendly!) is simply fantastic, floating high above our lakes with stunning views across the water and beyond... you won’t want to go inside! With open plan kitchen, diner & lounge and patio doors to the decking area, it’s a fantastic communal space. The fire pit / bar-b-que and lawn area is also just out the front ready to go!
