Parthenia Studio

Recently built, under our existing house with separate entry is Parthenia Studio with beer garden, Tempur mattress and outdoor, hot shower! Coffee pod machine, teas, milks and some basics are provided for a light breakfast and basic cooking. IGA, Vintage Cellars, Bakery, Takeaways and Cafés are all a 10minute walk away. The Westfields Miranda bus via Caringbah Train Station is at the door. A collection of prosecco, white, rosé and red wine is in your room and can be paid into the Trust Box.

There are no street lights, noisy neighbours or loud cars - just the beauty of the Australian bush, with its spectacular native birdlife and ever-restful sound of the sea below. Bundeena Treehouse is the perfect base to explore all the beaches, waterfalls and stunning walks of the area or just sit on your private deck and enjoy water views and sunsets.
