Overlooking The South Downs on the South Cycle Route ,in close proximity to Bosham, Chichester, and the sandy beaches of The Witterings is the annex to Oak House. On offer is a converted barn, containing 2 double bedrooms bathroom sitting room and fully equipped kitchen with self service breakfast included. Please be advised that the staircase is quite steep but there is a banister and stair gate. if required. Guests can see the animals in fields the goats live off the end of the small garden

It is a very attractive modern detached house in a quiet location on the north/east side of Chichester with free parking and views over Goodwood motor racing circuit and the South Downs. We are 5 minutes walk from St Richard's hospital. Also easily accessed from the A27 and a 20 minute walk to Chichester city centre. A cosy and comfortable double room with a shared bathroom. Breakfast included. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers.

The Bay Tree - Central & Quiet Location

The Bay Tree, in central Chichester, has been up and running for just over 7 years. The property was given a complete 'make-over' when we moved in, with the addition of a brand new kitchen. This takes centre stage at breakfast and has patio doors leading out into the garden. Upstairs there is a comfortable double bedroom ensuite.
