It's on a private rural cul-de-sac, near transport links. It's great for couples, solo adventures, business travellers, and families with young kids. House-friendly pets are welcome.

The property itself is a charming detached 2-bedroom bungalow with front and back gardens. We can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (as there is a sofa bed in the lounge). The property is nestled on a lovely street in a rural village called Cuffley in Hertfordshire. There are some impressive restaurants and cafes in Cuffley itself within a few minutes’ walk and a pub, the Plough, at the top of the road running behind the property. If, however, London is more your style, it is only 30mins away.

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog (doggie is not there during the summer break) ;-)) The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside

Barn in Harpenden, Hertfordshire self catering

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed & travel cot & or hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.

You'll have an entire one bedroom flat with high spec kitchen, very comfortable UK kingsize bed & large windows, perfect for exploring couples, those working locally or visiting friends & family. Paid parking available nearby for around £8 per day (24 hours, subject to availability), please enquire for details. On road parking available for free overnight (6:30pm-8:30am) and all day Sunday.

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
