If you have a bicycle, or a car,everything is at your reach. We live 1 mile from the first beach. Bus lines 150 m away,small grocery shop @ 150m, restaurants and pizza @400 m

Villa Salu' is family run luxurious apartment house that has opened its doors in 2010 for her guests who are looking for high quality accommodation with personality and style. Villa is located in village Premantura - Istria near one of the many stunning rocky beaches and beautiful nature park Rt Kamenjak. Our App. 1 Selo (2 person) is one of seven apartments in our beautiful house. It has one bedroom and is situated on ground floor of our villa.

The renovated 35 m2 studio apartment is suitable for 2 people and is located on the first floor of the house. The studio has a double bed (180-200) and air conditioning. The kitchenette is full equipped. The 6 m2 balcony offers barbecue and a view of the town center.
