A window on the lake. Apartment with garden

Ours is a home lived and loved that at certain times of the year we share with the guests with joy and that tells part of our history: the passion for nature and for the territory of Tuscia. From our house one has the impression of being in the countryside while not being an isolated house. The exciting view of the lake offers very intense moments. Ezen a frissen felújított szálláshelyen nagyszerűen fogod érezni magad. Alkalmas családi rendezvények és baráti összejövetelek helyszínére. Csupán pár percre Citta della Pieve a hangulatos városától, mégis a természet ölében. Az 5 hektáros birtokon 400 olajfa, több generációs fenyőfák, virágok és mindenféle gyümölcsfa található. Emellett öt csirkénk is van, akik minden nap friss tojást biztosítanak. Az ablakból és a teraszokról a toszkán dombokat csodálhatják a vendégek. Igazán olasz életérzés.

È un antico casolare in pietra del 1800, all'interno del quale si trovano due appartamenti indipendenti. Ogni appartamento ha ingresso indipendente è composto da una camera da letto, un bagno e una cucina. L'agriturismo ha altri due appuntamenti nel casale accanto. Immerso nella natura, arredato con gusto e circondato da un meraviglioso giardino. Si trova in posizione molto panoramica, a 750 metri slm, a soli 7 km dal centro di Assisi. This is our vacation home in beautiful Bolsena. We rent it out when we do not use it ourselves. This view is from our rooftop terrace. It overlooks the Santa Cristina Basilica and Bolsena lake - the largest lake of volcanic origin in Europe. Our house is located in the center of the old town, only a few minutes walk from the waterfont with its charming marina, peaceful beaches and numerous good restaurants. Pets are allowed upon request.
