Veredas Del Mar Penthouse is a spectacular 2-level penthouse on a third floor that features 3 fully air conditioned bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms & a furnished terrace in the rooftop with mountain views. The penthouse has a fully equipped kitchen with counter space overlooking the dining area and living room. Just a 5-minute drive from a variety of beaches & steps from the pool. The villa comfortably sleeps 6 guests. The villa also includes fast Wi-Fi & Smart TV on the family room & master bedroom.

The house has two bedrooms. The first with a queen bed and twin bed. The other room has a queen/queen bunk beds and another queen bed. Two complete and modern bathrooms, one inside with jets and the other in the pool area plus additional shower. Living room you will find Roku TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. We have board games and pellet barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, stove and all utensils. It has a cistern, power plant and water filter.
