A good place to explore the Jurassic coast & attractions such as Durdle Door, Lulworth Cove, Corfe Castle, Studland, Swanage, Arne Bird Sanctuary, Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum & Wareham Forest. 5-minute walk to the picturesque quay & town centre which has pubs, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, buses to tourist attractions & a cinema. 10-minute walk to station. Parking on available on drive.

The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! This beautifully presented, self-contained, ground-floor annex flat is wonderfully located in one of the most desirable roads in Canford Cliffs. Just a few minutes’ walk from stunning Blue Flag beaches, it is also very close to Sandbanks and Poole Harbour. The bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, a 43" 4K HDR10 smart TV, a large wardrobe and a dressing table. There is a luxurious bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar.

We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.

Situated in the heart of the Isle of Purbeck, this beautiful barn is ideally located with beautiful walks from its doorstep (the walk to Corfe Castle is particularly stunning). It makes the ideal base to explore the area either on foot, or by bike.
