Hillcrest is situated in the very front row of properties on Tregonhawke Cliff, giving spectacular, uninterrupted views of the Whitsand Bay panorama and a real sense of seclusion from the outside world. There is electric heating throughout and also a log burner for those days when you want to sit back and watch the storms roll in off the Atlantic. The property’s secluded location means it is only accessible via footpaths down the cliff with uneven sections. Sturdy footwear is required.

Lime Tree is a 1 bedroom apartment in the beautiful village of Millbrook, run by a local family: It is 5 minutes away from Whitsand Bay Beaches and a couple of minutes away from the fishing villages of Kingsand/Cawsand. It is close to wedding venues of Mount Edgcumbe and Polhawn Fort. It has off road parking which is a fantastic bonus as parking can be difficult in the area. There is a bus stop across the road too. It has a lovely private outside space to sit and relax, and a BBQ.

You have a small cabin bedroom with bunk beds with storage underneath and 12v usb/usb-c charging ports. Cosy corners kitchen is in an outside area under a canopy with a small cooker and functioning sink with hot water. You have a fully private bathroom under the same canopy with a compost toilet, basin and gas heated shower. Sorry we can’t accept dogs.
