This large studio apartment is located in the basement of a family home that sits on a quiet, suburban street. It is conveniently  located 8 min from downtown New Brunswick, Rutgers University, RWJUH and St Peters Hospital, 40 min from NYC and 40 min from Jersey  Shore.Easy public transportation access to NYC, Philly and Washington DC. You will have a private entrance with self-check-in, a private bathroom a microwave and a refrigerator. Plenty of street parking  available in front of the house.

Charming guest house with many designer elements in a park like setting. Drenched with lots of natural light (5 skylights!) and filled with all the things you need! Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! A quiet, safe countryside lifestyle 1 hour from Manhattan, NJ beaches, or the Delaware Water Gap. Walk, Bike, fish watch birds and see historical sites where George Washington marched. Senior couple's 2 acre lot among huge trees. The rustic outside of the unit gives way to a comfortable living space on the top floor and the bottom floor is a wide open utility room with a second bath, electric stove, full laundry and a place to store things while in transit or if moving in or out of the area.

The Center

Queen size bed in the bedroom and a fold down futon in the living room. 15 minutes away from downtown Princeton within walking distance from the picturesque town of Hopewell borough . The apartment has an efficiency kitchen with a full size refrigerator . Cook or go to one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Their is free street parking right in front of the apartment . Uber gets here quickly! If you have dog allergies the heat is forced hot air with dogs next door.

Cozy & Clean Lawrenceville Studio

This newly constructed in-law suite offers cozy and clean comfort. It's 250-square feet of space but perfectly laid out so everything you need is there without feeling crowded. Many of our guests come for a quiet and relaxing weekend or to work remotely in a cozy spot. We live in the attached house but the space you are renting is completely private--with a private entrance and no shared spaces. There is a brick wall between the spaces so we won't hear you and you won't hear us!

FRESH BAGEL DELIVERY included on first morning. It offers private parking (next to front door), EV charger for electric vehicles, QUEEN-SIZE bed, kitchenette and heated floors in bed & bath. Take a morning walk along the canal, enjoy a quiet dinner outside at the table for two, then end the night relaxing by the chiminea.

This historic structure is full of character and is part of the Kingston Mill Historic District - named after the building. Built in 1893, the mill is located at the base of Lake Carnegie and is an easy trip into Princeton for visiting the University, shops, and restaurants, but also a wonderful place to just relax. It is the perfect stay for those who want a little quiet and to be a little closer to nature. It's hard to compare the views! AC in bedrooms only.
