Deze romantische woonboot ADRIANA in het hart van Amsterdam is voor echte liefhebbers van historische schepen. Gebouwd in 1888 is dit een van de oudste boten van Amsterdam en ligt in de Jordaan vlak bij het Anne Frank huis en het Centraal Station. Het schip heeft 5G internet, TV, centrale verwarming, aparte badkamer en een gratis parkeerplek. U heeft het exclusieve gebruik. Buiten op het dek heeftU een prachtig uitzicht op de Keizersgracht en zijn er veel winkels en restaurants om de hoek.

Boven twee slaapkamers onder een schuin dak, voorzien van eigen wasbak en spiegel, en een lief klein kamertje met een commode en ledikantje. In de kelder een barretje, voetbaltafel en bank met televisie. Buiten een ruime tuin met speelhuisje en trampoline. NIEUW houtgestookte hottub in de tuin. Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

De keuken is volledig ingericht. Met een tweepersoonsbed in de slaapkamer en aangrenzende ruime luxe badkamer is dit appartement de ideale getaway voor stellen die er even tussenuit willen.

Dijkcottage at the edge of the water

Located at the waters edge lies Dijkcottage. This 6-person thatched cottage offers plenty peace and quiet. The cottage includes a fenced garden, right on the water where you can catch fish. Dijkcottage is located on a park called 'De Poldertuin' and because of its location it provides complete privacy. IN 2027, RENTALS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE PER MONTH AND FOR A MAX. OF 4 PEOPLE.
