NO PARTY/EVENTS. Family/kid friendly, Attached to our home, gated property, Surrey Hills Spa & Pool, private, heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and an outside hot tub & tennis court. The Spa facilities will be completely private for your use between 10am and 9pm. The heated swimming pool, steam room, sauna, and hot tub can be used all year round. Free onsite parking as well as an outdoor tennis court. Two bedrooms, with ensuites 1 king-size bed and two singles and sofabed for kids.

The apartment offers spectacular sea views from each of the three generously sized double bedrooms as well as the living area.

Unwind in the rooftop Hot Tub after a day of wandering the Bluebell Woods, playing Crazy Golf on site, exploring the nearby Ashdown Forest or the local Vineyard for Wine Tasting or enjoying the onsite Ice Cream parlour. Betty boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets during colder months to keep it nice and cozy. The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊
