The Granary at Malt House Farm is a contemporary, comfortable, self-contained holiday letting on the outskirts of tranquil Ufford. Besides the modern kitchen and airy living space, a patio provides additional area to relax and unwind. Plenty of walks, cycling routes and 30 minute drive to the beaches make The Granary an excellent base from which to explore Woodbridge, the east Suffolk countryside and beautiful, historic coastline. It overlooks woodland and water in a beautiful area of Suffolk where there are great walks and cycle rides as well as a pub in walking distance.

Copse House is the old village Police House. situated outside of the village in two acres, with its own paddock/stables. The garden and paddock are totally dog safe and secure. Guests have total access to the paddock if required to exercise their dog. One main bedroom with double bed. However the lounge has a sofa bed that we can provide bedding for existing guests/child. The Annexe is totally self contained, it has its own drive and enterance. Completed to a high standand
