Recently built by ourselves New England style detached villa with 2 bedrooms, direct sea views and a private enclosed garden. The Master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The second bedroom has twin beds and a garden view with the countryside beyond. There is an open plan living space. Views of the sea from the front sitting area and master bedroom French doors from the dining area open onto a large raised deck with steps down into the garden.

Just moments from coastal walks, countryside trails, and the much‑loved Gurnard Press coffee shop, this cosy cottage is perfectly placed for a peaceful island escape. Cowes is only a 3‑minute drive or a leisurely 20‑minute walk away, and there’s plenty of free on‑street parking right outside. The pretty cottage garden is an idyllic spot for long lunches, evening drinks, or simply soaking up the sunshine

This unique place has a style all its own. Designed in a Japanese way with it's own Water Garden, terrace and boardwalk. Ideal for a family and children will love The Garden Wing, but there is access to the Japanese water garden, and bedroom 3+4 have unguarded stairs to unuseable mezzanine bunks ( see photos). This quirky attractive vintage little cottage is perfect for getting away from it all and relaxing in idyllic surroundings. Just a few metres from the lovely pebbly Gurnard beach, this fully refurbished historical little wooden building is set back from the road and tucked away behind our wild garden. It is accessed from its own car parking space via a little path. At the rear, a small stream goes to the sea and a large oak tree provides shelter to birds and a relaxing swing seat.

Skinners Farm Holidays Summer Breeze Caravan

Summer Breeze Caravan, Skinners Farm is close to Parkhurst Forest and Thorness Bay on a working beef and arable farm, and in easy reach of all the Isle of Wight attractions. It's just a short drive from Cowes or Newport. It's located at the end of a 400 metre track and the three holiday caravans are in a field adjoining the farm. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet and views over the fields but also being in easy access to the whole Isle of Wight.

However it has its own separate/private entrance and parking. The Cabin is designed so that the accommodation windows and private patio/sitting area all face the fields. Located centrally on the Island, less than 1 minute walk to bus access and also a short walk to river-side cycle track.

Cormorant is a delightful charming semi-detached chalet on the seafront, in a most characterful corner of the Island. Well appointed to high spec. Oakside is a spacious detached 3 bedroom house with surrounding garden with upstairs sea views and located on a private drive leading off from Woodvale Road. It is a very quiet area. There is a separate area for working with a desk, shelves, fast wifi and a swivel chair within the open plan downstairs living area. We are most suitable for small families or couples wanting to work from home.
