Zur tollen Ausstattung gehören unter anderem der eigene Bootssteg, das mit Holz beheizbare Badefass (im Sommer als Cold Tub nutzbar), der Projektor für Heimkino-Atmosphäre und der Kaminofen für gemütliche Abende. Ebenfalls beliebt: Der große Gas-/E-Herd mit sieben Kochfeldern.

Eine charmante Wohnung, modern eingerichtet mit voll ausgestatteter Küche. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden bereit gestellt. Die Innenstadt ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen. Einen Bäcker, Metzger und eine sehr gute Pizzeria befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe unseres Hofes.

The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Das Duisburger Hausboot Lore im Herzen der City

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Außerdem gibt es einen Balkon mit indirektem Blick über die Ruhr und Kettwig. Die Wohnräume sind sehr hell und freundlich.
