Self contained, self catering, fully appointed Old Chapel Annexe suitable for single or couple occupancy. Set on the outskirts of a small village in the heart of Mid Suffolk. The Annexe comprises of a Kitchen/Living Room, Bedroom (with a very comfortable Large Double bed) and Shower Room with Toilet. The Kitchen has all the amenities listed below, plus a separate freezer, which will be handy for those who do not really want to cook but are happy to heat-up frozen meals. Free Wifi is provided.

Hayloft at The Stables

A 2 bedroom first floor flat with kitchen, cosy living area, and bathroom, above our home on the ground floor. You share our front door, but access the flat through a door to the stairs immediately on entering the hall. Sleeps 4. Bedrooms are in the eaves, so have restricted head room in places. Excellent broadband. It was the hayloft above an old carriage house. A peaceful setting in pretty village, with a pub, a short drive to Diss. We live on the ground floor. Large garden, good parking.

Within a mile walk across the field you will find a supermarket, take-aways & pubs. The large open plan annex is bright and airy with a beautiful view of the garden & the fields beyond. There is a separate bedroom, bathroom & a second seating area which can be converted to a small double bed upon request.

Conveniently located only 10 miles from Ipswich, 24 miles from the coastal town of Aldeburgh and only 11 miles from the market town of Framlingham and Woodbridge. This really is "home from home" and offers a very comfortable and cosy stay.

We are 25 mins from Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. Accessible to the local village pub and shop which is 5 mins drive. Swallow Barn is situated off a quiet lane in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. The property is separate but adjacent to our 16th century Grade 2 listed home and we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring them. Open fields surrounding the property provide plenty of lovely walks.

The Barn sleeps up to 7 people, with views over the countryside, a large garden and outdoor bluetooth enabled hot tub, new in August 2021. It's a 'get away from it all' place. Visit Framlingham, Norwich, Cambridge, Thetford Forest, Southwold, Aldeburgh and more. There are traditional English pubs all around us serving Suffolk ales, great food and takeaways. Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.
