The Annex @ Wayside Cottage, Charlton Musgrove

Located in South Somerset and easily accessed from the A303, Charlton Musgrove is on the borders of Dorset and Wiltshire, and only 5 minutes away from Wincanton and its race course. The annex is self contained with its own parking, front door living/bedroom area, kitchen and shower room/toilet. A few strides from the friendly local pub The Annex provides an ideal base or stop off point for exploring all that the South West has to offer, which includes many local walks and places of interest.

The Little Mill is in the Courtyard of our house, The Old Mill House, where we live in the peaceful, pretty rural village of Pen Selwood. You will be staying in a newly created, very comfortable, spacious bedroom with a king size bed, large wall mounted smart-TV, and a modern en-suite shower room. There is a fridge and a selection of teas and freshly ground coffee and two cafetieres await you along with fresh milk, croissants, jam & butter. Two local pubs within walking distance (0.8 miles)

Newly built in 2020, this luxurious barn situated in the Bruton area of Somerset has two comfortable double bedrooms, a large living room space with cooking facilities and shower room. Outside there is a large patio for alfresco dining overlooking surrounding fields. Brook barn is adjacent to our home which sits in a colourful landscaped garden with a brook running through it. We are conveniently located close to the charming town of Bruton and the stunning Dorset coastline is one hour away.

It's well situated for many cultural & leisure activities throughout Somerset, Dorset & Wiltshire, as well as gorgeous countryside walks, National Trust properties and the Jurassic Coast. Breakfast stuff will be provided for your arrival and a fab family-owned grocery store, along with other amenities, is just 1 mile away. Regular 13amp power point available outside to recharge e-cars.

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

Perfect stopover location for those travelling to the West Country or attending events at the many local venues. We are also ideal for those needing accommodation for work. Huge range of local attractions including The Newt, Wincanton Racecourse, Longleat and Stourhead.
