Beautiful views across the farm to see the animals:Reindeer, Emu, Ostrich, Rhea, Llama, Camels & Alpaca.

Pea Cottage - A beautiful countryside retreat

Pea Cottage is a secretive, luxury cottage full of surprises. You're getting more than just a gorgeous place to hang out; the host has lined up a thoughtful selection of extras to make the most of your romantic break. These include a Prosecco Treasure Hunt, use of a tandem, an old fashioned record player, homemade "Scrum-Pea Cider", a choice of two walks and three hand-picked pubs to enjoy a memorable meal. Pea Cottage is 5 miles from Stamford, one of the prettiest market towns in the country.

Built in 1634, the Barn is on the edge of a village 5m from Market Harborough in Leicestershire. Converted in 2017, it's on our property but separate from it. Light and airy, it's one room/open plan downstairs, with areas for cooking, dining and relaxing. French doors lead out onto a pretty courtyard garden, with stone steps up to a raised area, where you can watch the sunset over the fields. Upstairs there's a well-equipped bedroom and bathroom with far reaching views over the countryside.

The Old Dairy sits in glorious Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire countryside right on your doorstep. Lovely private garden for outside dining, relaxing and hot-tub. Excellent walking, cycling & other activities close by. You’ll love it because of its beamed ceilings, fabulous kitchen in large open plan living area with log burner and doors opening onto private garden. A great place for special occasions, and make the most of your Sunday with our Lazy Sunday check-out time of 4pm.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space set in the pretty Village of Brigstock. Our friendly local, The Old Three Cocks is just a few steps away - perfect for a drink & a bite. Fermyn Woods Country Park is a short walk away, rich in flowers birds and butterflies including Hawfinches and Purple Emperor Butterflies. The area has many gastro pubs, gardens and various markets to explore. We are happy to make recommendations to suit you as well as our favourite!

Our bright and airy studio apartment has been described as 'a peace of heaven' by our guests. Its well fitted kitchen, great rain shower and exceptionally comfortable bed makes your stay wonderful. If you want to stay in touch with the rest of the world then super fast broad band is installed in the apartment, if not then just chill and relax and enjoy the peace tranquility and beauty of Barnwell. This cosy self-contained private barn is found in a pretty historic village, nestling in a hollow away from busy roads and bustling towns. A country retreat in a conservation area with a friendly English pub/ restaurant just a short walk away. You will find a welcome pack of tea, coffee milk, ,butter and snacks on arrival and the smell of your fresh bread as it finishes baking.. Nearby car charging point.

Flat3 is part of a recently refurbished old stone building. This is a stylish, ground-floor flat only a few minutes walk from Stamford's historic town centre, with it's many wonderful shops, pubs, restaurants and fabulous Georgian architecture. Manor Lodge, originally a storage barn has been renovated and converted into a self-contained guesthouse with private parking set within the three-acre grounds of Village Manor, a beautiful Sixteenth Century Grade II Listed farmhouse that is understood to be one of the oldest houses in the village of Castor, Cambridgeshire.
