Our luxury shepherds hut is nestled within the tranquil wooded valley of the River Inny. The shepherds hut sits in an idyllic rural location on a former farmstead and along side a former watermill. The hut offers a cute space including private shower room, wc + basin, double bed and gas cooker/grill/hob and gas stove effect heater. Outside with views down to the River Inny we have a wood burning hot tub (all timber included and we will light it for you daily) and firepit/BBQ-timber included.

Our Shepherds Hut is situated on our livestock farm in the heart of Bodmin Moor. We are nestled in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a World Heritage Site just outside the moorland village of Minions. Surrounded by breathtaking views of rolling countryside, unrivalled dramatic landscape and steeped in history and heritage the local area has endless places to explore. We are the perfect base for your Cornish Adventure, weather you are seeking an active weekend or the chance to unwind.

Orchard Barn

Treleigh is a beautiful eight acre farm set in the Tamar Valley, close to Dartmoor national park. The market town of Tavistock is a 15min drive away. The hamlet of Horsebridge, is approx. 1/2 mile away and boasts a classic, popular country pub, The Royal Inn, perfect for a spot of lunch or dinner. The newly renovated Orchard Barn offers a perfect, secluded retreat for two. Relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings right outside your window or use the barn as a base to explore Devon/Cornwall

Woolgarden: characterful, romantic and cosy

Woolgarden is a lovingly restored C17th Cornish hideaway with lots of unique and original features set in a tranquil valley on the edge of Bodmin Moor. The cottage has its own garden with patio where you can enjoy great views over the rolling countryside and perfect sunsets. Night skies are amazing and have designated Dark Skies status. Dogs are welcome and with beautiful beaches only 20 minutes away and National Trust Roughtor within walking distance, this is the ideal holiday destination.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and a wooden oak floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Remotely located, 2-storey, self-contained cottage with large, open-plan triple aspect sitting room on 1st floor offering amazing views. Downstairs offers a bedroom with king size bed, shower room and kitchen/diner featuring a woodburner, dining table and two comfy chairs looking out over extensive countryside views. French doors open onto a terrace with garden furniture & chimenea and a private garden area with BBQ. Excellent Wi-Fi signal throughout. Well behaved dogs welcome -max 2

The barn offers spacious accommodation including underfloor heating throughout, roll top bath, walk in shower, wood burning hot tub(logs included) and enclosed outside space. Owl's Retreat is the two story, self contained westerly wing of our secluded farmhouse surrounded by farmland. It is full of character with stone walls, oak beams and a large cathedral window in the master bedroom. There are far reaching views throughout. It is the perfect base to explore North Devon countryside & nearby Cornwall beaches. Come back, relax and unwind, enjoy the sunset in the garden or a movie in front of the log burning stove.
