See our "hall of art" where each hallway is an art galleries Laney Layton of Edenton working as an artist since 1973. Just look for her signatures. You tube "tour of Manteo nc" to see this special location in the heart of downtown on a 2nd floor overlooking the lighthouse and Shallowbag bay. Walk to restaurants, bars, shops, docks, and Festival Park/Elizabeth II. Visit The Lost Colony/Fort Raleigh/Elizabethan Gardans, NC Aquarium, and Jockey's Ridge. The cottage stands along the oceanfront in quaint area of Kitty Hawk beach. Very small cottage limited to 2 guests. Remodeled and designed in vintage beach flair. The cottage reminds me of the way coastal homes used to be: simple ; yet, thougthfully integrated into the environment. Approximately 800 square ft. of intimate living space with spacious deck for getting closer to the sea and sky. I provide all the clean linens .Please have prior reviews and be over 29 years of age.

This is a 1 bed 1 bath guest apartment attached to our home with a private entry, private bath, private outside deck & private living space. There is a outside shower available to guests, pullout couch, free access to bikes, beach chairs, kayaks/paddle board off the dock, and parking. Our place feels secluded yet less than a mile to restaurant’s, Publix Grocery, and the beach access’s.

Creef Cottage is nestled in the heart of historic downtown Manteo, North Carolina on Roanoke Island, where there are boardwalks on the Albermarle Sound, bikepaths, shopping, and dining within walking distance. Roanoke Island is the home of the longest running outdoor drama, "The Lost Colony", Elizabethan Gardens, and North Carolina Aquarium. It is a 10 minute drive to the ocean. There is much to do and see in this area.
