Chapel Field lodge is the perfect countryside getaway, in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The lodge is located a short drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells, Hastings sea front and many National Trust locations. If you are looking for a quiet break the beautiful East Sussex country side is on your door step. With a number of walks and country pubs only a short distance away. Chapel Field Lodge has everything you need to switch off including a private hot tub for the perfect escape.

The Orangery, Organic Vineyard stay with pool.

The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Nestled between the beautiful East Sussex villages of Ticehurst and Wadhurst (voted the best place to live in the UK 2023), The Studio at Brick Kiln Farm offers a unique opportunity to relax and stay next to working farmland surrounded by stunning countryside. Ideally situated, guests are spoilt for choice when deciding how to spend their days. Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney Castle are within easy driving distance and an evening can be finished at one of the excellent nearby village pubs.

Lavender House is a beautifully restored period cottage in the heart of Ewhurst Green, with views over the iconic Bodiam Castle, one of the most photographed landmarks in East Sussex. Quirky cottage charm meets modern comfort throughout: bright, airy rooms, exposed character features and everything you need for a genuinely relaxing stay. Two generous outdoor spaces make the most of the sunshine, and the White Dog pub is literally 100 metres from the front - this property is one of a kind!

The Lodge - Lower Barn Farm, Junction Road, Bodiam

The Lodge at Lower Barn Farm is a quirky, rustic, converted barn designed with recycled materials sourced from the farm, which makes for an ideal rural getaway. 70 acres of rolling country side and wooded grounds on the Kent and Sussex borders, complete with idyllic fishing lakes, are just waiting to be explored. There are woodland walks, an abundance of wildlife to be discovered and even the 14th century Bodiam castle, a 5 minute ride away, if you’re lucky you might even spot a kingfisher.

Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Calm Sussex Retreat

Enjoy my beautiful home while I’m away in the quaint village of Staplecross for your Sussex adventures in the Rother valley and wider area. Built in 1845 it comes with a bespoke fireplace in an open plan living/dining room, two spacious double bedrooms, a courtyard dining area and free off-road parking on the drive. Staplecross has a lively local community and is famed for its access to ancient woodlands and walking trails on foot and for our traditional Sussex bonfire celebrations.

Just 15 min to Sissinghurst Castle & garden, Bodiam & Scotney Castle, 20 min to Rye & 30 min to the dunes & beach at Camber. Explore local walks, Go Ape at Bedgebury Forest, paddleboarding & watersports or tour our local wineries.

Come and stay in this garden paradise on the edge of a pretty East Sussex village, with fantastic food (breakfast included) and lovely scenery. Sleeps 2-4. We're in the same village as Great Dixter, and 20 mins from Sissinghurst, Pashley Manor and Batemans. It's 15 mins to the hilltop town of Rye, and 20 mins to Camber Sands and Winchelsea beaches too - both wonderful places for a stroll, especially as the sun is setting. There are fabulous walks right from our door, too.

Keen gardeners will find us ideally placed for the gardens at Perch Hill, Great Dixter and Sissinghurst, or history buffs will adore our proximity to Battle and castles at Bodiam and Scotney.

Relax in our spacious barn conversion with beautiful countryside views. The Barn is ideally located for exploring National Trust properties, historic gardens, vineyards, Tenterden, Rye and Camber Sands. Enjoy your own private patio after a day out. The Barn is one of three separate properties within the grounds, each with its own private entrance and outdoor space. The White Hart pub is just a short walk away.
