This perfectly positioned house is deceptively spacious and offers the holiday maker wonderful views of the sea. This welcoming house has been stylishly and freshly decorated and is great for children and adults of all ages as it provides flexible options. With ample off street parking for 2 cars and a garage for a further car or storage for bikes it provides a great retreat from which to explore Whitstable and the nearby coastal towns whilst being only a 20 minute car drive from the Canterbury.

Furnished with all you need for a holiday by the seaside, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, relaxing sitting room, sunny double bedroom and a great attic twin. Small, secure cottage garden. All linen and bath towels provided. Free WiFi. Off-road parking for one small car. Dogs Welcome. Pets will be charged at £25 for the stay. The house enjoys glorious views surrounded by open countryside and has a happy atmosphere. It looks onto fields, a lake and beyond these the north downs. There is easy and convenient parking, with many interesting places a short drive away: Hever Castle, Penshurst Place, Chartwell and Groombridge Place plus Lingfield Racecourse. The train service to London is under an hour to Victoria or London Bridge from Edenbridge or Lingfield train stations.

My place is at the heart of Leigh-on-Sea Old Town, with its cockle boats, waterside pubs and restaurants, sea birds and beach. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views, and being at the cosy centre of a lively seaside village. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

You can reach a local pub (Crow & Gate) by a nearby footpath taking 20 mins roughly. All other pubs and shops are a 10 minute drive away.
