Countryside Escape in Beautiful Cosy Cottage

Wisteria Cottage is a beautiful four bedroom, listed building, set in an idyllic historic village. Perfect setting for family holiday or for people who enjoy the countryside and glorious walks. Bluewater is close by. Wisteria cottage is great for those wanting a getaway that offers nearby vibrant city as well as beautiful countryside. We have recently modernised the cottage, it’s a brilliant space! We have put a climbing frame in the garden for hours of fun for the little ones. Relax and enjoy.

The Barnyard

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish architecturally designed countryside home. Recently built, with the focus on creating a high end holiday home which has been equipped to a very high standard. Situated in the heart of the wine producing area of the Kent countryside, with many local pubs and restaurants only a gentle stroll away. The beautiful contemporary design, with vaulted ceilings and polished concrete floors serve to provide a relaxing and stylish vacation for up to six guests.

Come and make yourself at home in this unique hand crafted miniature gite. Tucked away in the garden of a Tudor cottage, situated on the Addington village green just yards from the Angel Inn. Cottage style Kitchenette with miniature Belfast sink and cupboards. Small double raised bed with storage and dining table underneath. Fully centrally heated for those cosy winter/autumnal days. Rose Cottage, as we call it, has been painstakingly restored to create a delightful, light and cosy space.

Set in the ancient picturesque village of Wrotham, a self contained lovingly converted annex with a private entrance. A two min walk to the village high street with its three pubs and village shop. Borough Green is a mile away with direct trains to London in 35 - 45 mins. The village is surrounded by unspoilt countryside and amazing walks. Free on street parking. Well behaved pets are welcome. The Snuggery is a converted outbuilding that has been set up for a cosy stay with a wood burning stove and lots of snuggly wraps to cuddle up in. The open plan interior, high vaulted ceilings and natural oak flooring create an interior which is fun, light and airy. Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots. Newly refurbished - Sandown, like its twin Ascot, has an ample sized, well equipped kitchen with a table and four chairs and a comfy sofa that turns down into a bed in seconds. The kitchen has a electric hob and oven, a fridge and a washing -dryer machine is in the adjoing outhouse. A TV is included in the kitchen. The French windows look out over your private lawn onto farmland. From the Entrance lobby turn right straight into the kitchen or left into the ensuite bedroom with TV.

'Cottage in the Wood' contains two double bedrooms one with en-suite bath/shower and one with shower room along with a sheltered hot tub taking advantage of the rolling Kent countryside with extensive views over the local Vineyards and North Downs beyond. The small and picturesque village of Detling is found on the slope of the North Downs, just northeast of Maidstone, and on the Pilgrims' Way - ideal if you're looking for a break only a short distance away from London.​
