This petite room is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of its space. It features a sofabed—perfect for a night or two when a single bed simply wouldn’t fit. While there’s no shower, the room does include a private toilet for convenience. You’ll find a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a selection of tea, coffee, and sugar to help you settle in. A TV is also for a bit of downtime. Though not suited for long-term stays, this cozy setup works well for brief visits or overnight stops

Walking enthusiasts will enjoy walks from the back door straight on to the North Downs Way and there is a bench by the front door fitted with a heated element, perfect for warming up your walking boots.
