Hilltop Hideaway is a perfect romantic getaway set in the tranquil Forest of Dean. Newly converted, bedroom, shower room and an open plan kitchen/lounge. The Granary is a detached, self catering stone built character countryside / rural cottage, believed to be over 300 years old. It is converted from a former dairy and grain store, and retains many original features which gives this spacious king size sleigh bedded cottage a romantic feel. It is surrounded by countryside and woodland and indeed the Gloucestershire Way runs right by the door as well as the Wysis Way and there are many Forest countryside walks available directly from the cottage.

Alabaster Lodge is a detached lodge, built in 2023, situated on the owner’s 14-acre working farm. Set within the Wye Valley AONB with fabulous far reaching views of the rolling countryside. Warm and cosy, with full central heating, the lodge is an all year round destination for cyclists, walkers and nature enthusiasts. Uninterrupted views of the Wye Valley, where you can catch sight of birds of prey, including the beautiful red kites who can often be seen hovering over the fields on the farm.

Lambsquay House - Apartment One

Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The second floor has been converted into two self catering apartments with private entrance accessed via a staircase.

It has fully equipped kitchen, a luxury double bedroom that sleeps 2 and a full size luxury sofa bed that can easily accommodate 2 further adults/children. The Haystore is a self-contained annexe to our listed Barn. It is approached down a country lane through our lovely neighbours' farm. The Haystore has been fully refurbished to provide gorgeous accommodation with direct access onto National Trust parkland and the Wye Valley AONB. Within walking distance is a farm shop, and a little further two award winning pubs. Ross-on-Wye, Symonds Yat and the Black Mountains are a short drive making us an ideal base to explore the wider area.

The Woodman's Bothy

A rural retreat tucked away on a hillside at the edge of the forest where you can relax in front of the wood burning stove or enjoy the views of the beautiful Hope Mansell valley by the fire pit. This rustic hideaway is perfect for a romantic break or as a base for walkers and cyclists wanting to explore The Wye Valley and Royal Forest of Dean.
