The views from this spot are breathtaking, especially in the Fall and Winter; you are looking at the entire South Mountain State Park range. The kitchen is fully stocked with Crate and Barrel dishes & nice cookware & microwave. A Queen size Murphy bed with a 2 in gel mattress topper & built in LED reading lights.

Horse Haven - 1 Bedroom Loft 8 Miles to TIEC

The second story guest house apartment is is full of light and air with a fantastic view of the surrounding mountains. Just moments away from TIEC. You will be staying in a gated community, so parking is no problem. The bathroom has a large walk in shower (with grab bars) and the bedroom is equipped with a large Sony TV. This is a great place to stay if you ride, as my house is on the FETA trails. If you're showing at TIEC, Fence or Harmon Field, I'm only 10 minutes away.

Historic Jockey Cottage, TIEC 20 mins, Tryon 5

Nestled in horse country, we are 15 miles, 20 minutes from TIEC, 5 minutes from downtown Tryon or Landrum and 3 miles from FENCE. Located across the street from the Historic Block House the cottage was built to house horses and jockeys for the Block House Steeplechase. Completely renovated, it has a bunk bed with 2 full size mattresses, an eat-in kitchen with hot plate, toaster oven and microwave, WIFI and cable TV. Coffee and bottled water are provided. Dog friendly.

Pets are allowed with a 60.00 extra charge? Amish bakery (Marthas) is right around the corner. Cottage at end of private road. Pretty place to walk and enjoy the outdoors. Several hosting vineyards, hiking and kayaking nearby. Convenient to nearby towns of Tryon, Landrum, Columbus and 15 minutes to the Tryon International Equestrian Center and other eventing venues. Less than an hour to Asheville, Greenville, Spartanburg, BMW Plant, and 3 major airports. A great gateway to western Carolinas. Sofa bed and loft add to sleeping space for families.

No pets. We have dogs that are very people friendly, but will NOT tolerate other animals. This adorable cottage has a queen bed, pull out queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, shower/tub, washer/dryer, private deck with grill and work space. Area has cycling, hiking, wineries, equestrian center, dining, shopping, art galleries, & movie theater. Historic downtown Tryon, Biltmore, Chimney Rock, Lake Lure & Carl Sandburg home TIEC home close by.
