"CA SES NINES". Peace and Happiness near the sea

Our family holiday home since 1987 is just a 5 minute walk to 2 family friendly beaches. There are also some restaurants & shops nearby. The property has 3 terraces that can be used for dining or sunbathing. Indoors you'll find the living area and kitchen which has air conditioning. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 double, a child’s room with bunk beds and between them is a small double. The bathroom has shower/bath and toilet. The facilities aren't new but are functional and we're upgrading as we can.

Im ganzen Ort befinden sich gute Restaurants. Direkt vor der Haustür beginnt das Leben in dem malerischen Dorf Capdepera! Mittwochs ist Markttag. Im Mai und August sind Dorffeste direkt vor der Tür! tolle Strände sind nur 5 Autominuten entfernt. Unser „Casa Levante“ in Capdepera im Herzen der Altstadt - ganzjährig super nutzbar!

Son Galta is a natural stone finca is situated in a spectacular location on a hill in the est of Mallorca. The panoramic view from Costa de los Pinos to Calas de Mallorca is stunning. The terraces and all the rooms overlook the sea and the Sa Punta d'en Amer peninsula. The home offers 3 bedrooms on 2 floors. Next to the covered terrace with dining table is a modern gas barbecue. In the pool area you can relax on the loungers or the chill-out sofa and look out over the sea.
