Characterful, cosy cottage 2 mins from the Beach

If you are looking for some vintage charm by the sea and you love the sound of seagulls, Gull Cottage set over 3 floors is the one for you. It's a wonderful place to get away from the day to day stresses with the beach and the sea gulls making it feel like a proper holiday every time. It has loads of character and is as comfortable, in the summer or the winter with either the mature garden or the snug to relax in. The road is made up of pastel colour houses with a real sense of the neighbourly.

Quaint , secluded , countryside /village cottage. Suitable for travelling golfers, business people, and an inbetween stop over from and to Europe for the holiday makers . Or you could just make a lovely weekend of it and visit all of our lovely coast and countryside .... cottage much bigger than the pictures. After all.... We are known as the "Garden of England ". Guest rate for 2 people, is for 1 bedroom only . If you require 2 bedrooms for 2 guests then there will be an extra charge of £15.

A beautiful garden level apartment in an historic townhouse moments from Dover Castle, the White Cliffs and the Port. Furnished with antiques and flooded with natural light, this peaceful, self-contained space offers a private entrance, a double bedroom with en-suite, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and study area and use of our charming garden. You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely cosy cottage ideal for a couples getaway from it all. The Cottage is a 6 min drive from the beach or a lovely 20 min walk taking in the woods along the way. St Margaret’s at Cliffe is a 10 min drive and has a lovely secluded beach with a cabin selling teas coffee bacon rolls and ice cream 🍨 and a lovely pub The Coastguard . Deal town is about 10 mins drive away and has a wealth of shops and restaurants. Great market on Saturdays

Relax in the garden watching Dudley the donkey or enjoy a brisk country walk along the many public footpaths in our area - perfect for dog walkers. If you fancy a day trip, you can be in London within an hour or Canterbury in 20 minutes.

The Summerhouse sits in the middle of a 5 acre garden with no immediate neighbours. This former outbuilding has been lovingly repurposed and offers an open plan living space with a day bed which converts into two singles or a kingsize bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom.

The property is based at the rear of the main house and access is via a gravel path.
