Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

Located in a very quiet,beautiful and convenient neighborhood. You will have a very good rest and deep sleep in such a quiet place. 2 minutes to freeway 10. There are a lot of different Asian food around the area. 10 minute drive to Costco, 7 minutes to Home Depot, 5 minutes to Walmart. Even 9 minutes walk to a superstore. Some Chinese restaurants there too. Very convenient location!
