Cute and Cozy Eastside Getaway with Hot Tub!

This is a totally private studio, 1 bath apartment attached to the back of my house. I’ve installed soundproofing material between the shared wall, so go crazy! Well, not too crazy ;) The apartment space is super cozy and comfortable. The bed back there is actually more comfortable than mine so I'm jealous and you're welcome. AND you have full use of the backyard, including the firepit area and hot tub.

Lovely studio near East Beach and Cabrillo Park, where the Rainbow Arch is. Relaxing at the beach is a quick walk from the property, lower state street and funk zone area would be about a 30 minute walk along the beach but would be a quick drive.
